The Venue lists five hours for ceremony plus reception or four for a reception alone. Packages include listed equipment, basic decor, staffing, service fee, cleaning and a consumption-bar deposit. How to compare your options
Ask for one proposal with the full ceremony and one for a reception alone if you are considering a separate ceremony site. Compare transport and the extra ceremony supplier bill with the package difference. When evaluating a seasonal saving, keep guest count, bar allowance and equipment identical; otherwise the difference may reflect a smaller package rather than a cheaper date.
