How to compare your options
A 50-person combined celebration and a 100-person ceremony-only event may share a published rental price but need different equipment and staffing. Ask your caterer to cost the exact format you want. When the list crosses 50, check both the venue package and the restroom requirement; an extra table of guests can change more than the food bill.
