How to compare your options
If dinner and dancing are essential, compare the full wedding proposal from the beginning. Extending a short ceremony package may not recreate the same staffing or access as the longer option. Ask how guests move between floors and which areas are accessible to everyone; an impressive total floor count does not itself establish a workable seated reception plan.

If coordination is included or required, compare its scope with a wedding coordinator or day-of coordinator before hiring additional help.
