How to compare your options
A 100-person event is inside the base guest allowance but above the tent threshold. That makes it risky to multiply a simple per-person food estimate by 100 and add only the headline rent. Ask for a diagram showing dinner tables, dance floor and service access, then have the venue identify the required tent before you compare proposals.
