Headcounts include the couple, wedding party and children. Packages provide specified furniture, ceremony setup and a rain location; food, linens and decor are separate, with approved catering required. How to compare your options
Count everyone before choosing the micro package. If you are near 50, compare a genuinely smaller list with the standard package instead of assuming extra people simply incur a meal charge. For an outdoor ceremony, inspect the rain room with the same seating plan you expect outside; a backup that technically fits the group may change the feel of the event.
