Rate note: April 2026 venue brochure. Confirm the particular date; the published season table does not give every month the same treatment.
| Fee or option | Published amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Peak-season Saturday ceremony and reception | $7,000 | March–May or October–November |
| Off-peak Saturday ceremony and reception | $5,500 | January–February or June–September |
| Ceremony only | $3,000 | Three-hour rental |

How to compare your options
A later ceremony can reduce the reception time left before a fixed finish. Ask vendors for an access schedule that includes unloading and removal, then choose the guest start time. If you are considering a second-line celebration or another off-site activity, get its costs and scheduling separately; a house-rental quote should not be assumed to cover arrangements away from the property.

Ask for one written total
Have the venue separate rent, required services, food and beverage minimums, service charges, tax and deposits. Confirm which payments reduce the final balance and which are extra. Request the cancellation, weather and overtime terms with the quote.
If coordination is included or required, compare its scope with a wedding coordinator or day-of coordinator before hiring additional help.
