How to compare your options
A winter quote should include an indoor plan you actually like, not just a lower room fee. Use the seated capacity if you want a meal at tables, and ask the caterer to show how buffet stations and dancing affect it. Compare morning and evening bookings only after accounting for preparation time, meal style and guest travel arrangements.
