| Application / additional time | $30 / $60 per hour | Application is separate from rental |

How to compare your options
For an out-of-town couple, changing the month can lower the ceremony rental without changing the park. However, that difference should not drive the entire decision until you compare hotel and reception quotes for both dates. Use the four-hour reservation as a vendor-access plan, with a written arrival and removal schedule, rather than assuming four hours of guest celebration.

Have the venue separate rent, required services, food and beverage minimums, service charges, tax and deposits. Confirm which payments reduce the final balance and which are extra. Request the cancellation, weather and overtime terms with the quote.
If coordination is included or required, compare its scope with a wedding coordinator or day-of coordinator before hiring additional help.
