How to compare your options
The less expensive package may be the better equipment fit even if it allows fewer access hours. Have a rental supplier price the missing furniture before choosing the custom option. Ask for the actual service percentage and valet minimum in writing, because a wide percentage range cannot be turned into one reliable final price without the venue's proposal.
