The plan name matters more than the large introductory number. Keep a copy of the exact offer at checkout so you can distinguish a care subscription from a package that includes medication. Budget for the quarterly invoice rather than assuming three smaller payments. Ask whether any existing Noom subscription is replaced or continues alongside the clinical plan; do not assume a general app subscription provides prescribing services.

- What is the next full invoice, and when will it renew?
- Are lab testing, shipping and any existing app subscription billed separately?
