How to compare this option

Compare the selected clinician’s checkout price with the general program advertisement. A directory can offer provider choice while still showing a starting price that is not universal. For testing, ask which laboratory and tests the program covers before making an appointment. The practical comparison is the same period of care with the same lab requirements, plus the medication bill you would actually receive.

Questions to ask before paying

  • Does my selected provider charge the published starting price?
  • Which tests and laboratory locations are covered by this plan?
  • What are the renewal, cancellation and refund terms for prepaid care?

Request itemized answers rather than assuming an unlisted charge is included. Confirm your treatment with a licensed clinician; the least expensive advertised offer may not be clinically appropriate or available to you.
