Cost comparison, not medical advice or a treatment recommendation. Prescription eligibility and treatment belong with a licensed clinician. Compounded products are not FDA-approved and are not interchangeable approved generics. Read FDA guidance ↗
A curated selection of established U.S. options, not a popularity ranking or endorsement. Clinical subscriptions and pharmacy fulfillment serve different roles. Prices below are not comparable all-in treatment totals.
This guide compares Noom’s telehealth plan for branded medication. Its separately advertised compounded programs have different inclusions and should not be treated as the same product.
Care / membership
$99/mo equivalent
$39 to start; ongoing care billed quarterly ($297).
LillyDirect is a medication fulfillment route. Budget for your prescribing clinician separately, and compare Zepbound’s dose-specific self-pay prices and refill-offer rules.
Care / membership
Clinician separate
Pharmacy pricing is not a clinical-care subscription.
Medication
$299–$699/fill
28-day Zepbound vial/KwikPen supply; $449 higher-dose offer has conditions.
NovoCare publishes Wegovy self-pay pharmacy prices. The pill, standard pen and HD pen have different costs; a prescription and any clinical-care payments are separate.

ADD THE ACTUAL INVOICES
What is your next payment budget?
Enter the care payment due, one medication fill and any visits, labs or supplies you have been quoted. Use the full prepaid invoice when applicable.
This adds payments, not treatment months. A quarterly care invoice and a 28-day drug supply cover different periods. It does not estimate a yearly cost or recommend a dose.
No health details are requested. This calculator sends and saves nothing; amounts are illustrative until confirmed by your provider and pharmacy.
Enter all three amounts from $0 to $100,000, with no more than two decimal places.

BEFORE YOU ENROLL
Four details that change the bill
Starting price or ongoing price?
Check when the introductory offer ends. A first-month care discount and a first-fill drug discount can expire on different dates.
Monthly rate or upfront charge?
Ask for the next invoice amount, the period it covers and the cancellation rules. A monthly equivalent can still require hundreds of dollars paid in advance.
Insurance or self-pay?
Request a quote for your exact prescription and coverage. Check deductibles, authorization requirements and savings-program eligibility; do not assume the advertised minimum copay applies to you.
Which product and supply?
Keep the medication name, dosage form and supply size with each quote. A 30-tablet bottle and four weekly injections cover different periods. Let your clinician determine treatment.
GLP-1 cost questions
Why is medication separate from the membership?
A care subscription pays for the services in that plan. The pharmacy can bill the prescription independently. Ask for both amounts, then add appointment charges or tests that are outside the care plan.
Are LillyDirect and NovoCare clinical memberships?
These guides compare pharmacy access and medication pricing. You still need a valid prescription and clinical follow-up; a separate clinician may charge for those services.
Does the lowest price identify the best provider?
No. Compare availability in your state, access to a licensed clinician, follow-up arrangements and the exact product prescribed alongside fees. A lower advertised price may cover fewer services or only an introductory fill.
How we compare these options
FeeHQ reviewed public provider and manufacturer pricing on October 28, 2026. This is a selected comparison of care platforms and pharmacy channels, not an exhaustive market survey or a measured ranking of the most popular services. Individual guides cite the source for each fee. Our calculations are labeled and exclude costs we cannot verify; unknown charges are not assumed to be zero.
Noom’s entry focuses on its branded-medication care plan. Medication-inclusive compounded packages are outside this comparison. Eligibility, formulations, promotions, taxes and state availability can change. Confirm the full checkout terms and current prescription price before enrolling. FeeHQ provides editorial cost research, not clinical review.
