How to compare your options
Ask for a weather plan sized for the entire group, not just the couple and wedding party. If most guests arrive by car, compare the parking allowance with your actual vehicle count and obtain an approved transport plan. A daytime block may save on rent, but preparation, lunch service and supplier removal must all fit the contracted schedule.
