How to compare your options
For a 40-person ceremony, three rental hours are not three hours of guest activity if suppliers need time on either side. Coordinate the separate reception start so guests have somewhere to go after photographs. Compare packages using the actual headcount rather than assuming you can add a few people without entering the next band.
