How to compare your options
The two-hour price is not simply an extra hour at the one-hour rate. Treat it as a different product and compare the setting, privacy and supplier access before deciding. If the ceremony will be followed by a restaurant meal, get that quote separately and leave time for photographs and transport rather than expecting a City Hall rental to function as a full reception venue.
