How to compare your options
A combined ceremony and reception may need two chair setups even when the reception tables and chairs come with the room. Have the venue explain whether chairs are moved, duplicated or rented separately. Ask who pays for the time between guest departure and completed cleanup so the attendant and security schedules do not end before suppliers are finished.
