Cylburn lists the Vollmer auditorium for 100 people during daytime hours or 150 after 4 p.m.; the Mansion's first floor fits 62. Outdoor areas need rented furniture. Reservations can be made a year and a day ahead, with a five-business-day hold before the deposit is due. How to compare your options
Use a room-by-room quote instead of carrying an old conservatory price into a new reception plan. A 120-person dinner would exceed Cylburn's published daytime auditorium capacity even though the same number falls below its evening limit. Confirm that the dining layout, weather fallback and vendor arrival times all fit the actual booking. If you want Rawlings for photos, treat that as a separate reservation from your reception.
