How to compare your options
Before deciding that Friday is cheaper, price the whole vendor schedule for both dates. Delivery, tent installation and furniture removal may happen outside the guest event. Ask whether those access periods are included or billed. Also establish the chargeable headcount: a small change near the 100-person boundary can alter the rental band before a single extra meal is ordered.
