How to compare your options
Ask for the exact rooms on the contract: a ceremony space, cocktail gallery and reception space can be different line items elsewhere. A guest-facing five-hour celebration can consume eight hours once vendors install and remove equipment. If a caterer needs more setup than the venue allows, a seemingly complete room package can acquire overtime or extra staffing charges.
