How to compare your options
Get the catering estimate before comparing a museum with a venue that permits any supplier. The value of included coordination depends on its scope: make a list of tasks already covered so you do not buy the same service twice. For a cookie table or another family tradition, ask who sets it out, supplies serving pieces and clears it, rather than assuming that the room rental covers the labor.
